Applies to every Education Savings Account (Steamboat Legacy Scholarship) offer: Wyoming ESA funds are spent through the Odyssey Marketplace, open to every approved ESA family; expenses are paid after the service is provided or the product ships, except enrollment tuition and fees. Reimbursement is considered only for four categories: K-12 core-subject curriculum (or PK readiness curriculum), student admission fees to museums and similar institutions, fee-for-service transportation, and internet fees; requests are due within 30 days of purchase, and purchases made before September 1, 2026 do not count.
