- Conditions
- Computer hardware and devices primarily used for the student's education (laptops, desktops, tablets, assistive technology, scientific calculators, a home office printer, a monitor or display screen) and educational software, applications and annual subscriptions, through the Marketplace. Internet service is covered, and internet fees are one of the four reimbursable categories.
- Limits
- Primarily educational use. Quantity, size and frequency limits (no numbers published). Reimbursement for internet fees within 30 days of payment.

- Marketplace order; for internet fees, an itemized bill with proof of payment.
- Not allowed
- Telephones, smartwatches and phone fees; televisions; video game consoles and accessories; home theater and audio equipment; social media services; non-educational video streaming; commercial grade items; out-of-pocket devices (not reimbursable).

Applies to every Education Savings Account (Steamboat Legacy Scholarship) offer: Wyoming ESA funds are spent through the Odyssey Marketplace, open to every approved ESA family; expenses are paid after the service is provided or the product ships, except enrollment tuition and fees. Reimbursement is considered only for four categories: K-12 core-subject curriculum (or PK readiness curriculum), student admission fees to museums and similar institutions, fee-for-service transportation, and internet fees; requests are due within 30 days of purchase, and purchases made before September 1, 2026 do not count. The 2026-27 application closed on August 6, 2026.
