- Conditions
- Tuition and fees for nonpublic online learning programs (online courses and tutorial programs) from approved providers, through the closed Marketplace, or through Pay Tuition when the program is a participating school. Individual online classes from a public school district or public charter school can be bought as public school services. Non-live digital curriculum subscriptions and dual credit or college-level courses can also be reimbursed within 90 days.
- Limits
- No dollar cap stated. Full-time enrollment in a public school, including a public virtual charter school or a county virtual program, ends Hope Scholarship eligibility.

Providers in this category
Applies to every Hope Scholarship offer: Hope services are bought in the closed Marketplace of the Hope Scholarship portal and goods through TheoPay; both routes are open to every Hope account holder. Reimbursement is allowed only in the circumstances of the Board's Reimbursement Policy (adopted December 10, 2025), must be requested within 90 days of purchase, and purchases made before funds are in the student's account do not count.
