- Fees paid to a fee-for-service transportation provider to take the student to and from an eligible provider, or transportation from a non-resident public school. It must be on a separate invoice.

- $3,000 per academic school year.

- Gas mileage driven by a parent or guardian; transportation combined on an invoice with other fees.
