Status

Covered with conditions. Covered with price and frequency caps, after enrollment verification.

Conditions

Used primarily for the student's educational needs and approved by the department or a licensed physician. Not allowed until the initial enrollment verification is complete.

Limits

Computer (laptop or desktop) and tablet: $1,000 each, one of each every two academic years. Monitor and printer: $300 each, one every two academic years. Headphones: $100 a year. Toner: $100 a purchase and $300 a year. Warranties included in the purchase are approved.
