Education Savings Account (Steamboat Legacy Scholarship) (Wyoming)MembershipMarketplace direct payConfirmed: Education Savings Account (Steamboat Legacy Scholarship) (Wyoming), Marketplace direct payListed on the Wyoming Department of Education's ESA Registered Providers/Vendors list for Education Savings Account (Steamboat Legacy Scholarship)Condition: The subscription is priced per family; the ESA account is per student, so order it in one student's Wallet.Note: WDE "ESA Registered Providers/Vendors" list dated August 25, 2026 (PDF linked as "ESA Registered Providers/Vendors" from edu.wyoming.gov/parents/education-savings-accounts/; the upload path says 2025/05 but the document is dated August 25, 2026). The Family Handbook (updated September 2026) says approved ESPs' "goods and services will be available to families in the Marketplace", so entries are recorded as marketplace-direct-pay (Odyssey Marketplace). How this table is compiled: sources and methodology.

Applies to every Education Savings Account (Steamboat Legacy Scholarship) offer: Wyoming ESA funds are spent through the Odyssey Marketplace, open to every approved ESA family; expenses are paid after the service is provided or the product ships, except enrollment tuition and fees. Reimbursement is considered only for four categories: K-12 core-subject curriculum (or PK readiness curriculum), student admission fees to museums and similar institutions, fee-for-service transportation, and internet fees; requests are due within 30 days of purchase, and purchases made before September 1, 2026 do not count. The 2026-27 application closed on August 6, 2026.
