Status: Covered with conditions. Covered with a signed contract and an enrolled provider; disability-only program.
Conditions: ESA+ students with disabilities only. Transportation to and from educational services or activities by a transportation provider enrolled with SEAA, under a contract signed by the provider and the parent that names the student(s). The contract is submitted with the first invoice and can cover students in the same household indefinitely.
Limits: No dollar cap stated. Does not count toward the $500 requirement.
Payment routes: Pay vendor (services from SEAA-enrolled providers)
Documentation: Signed transportation contract (with the first invoice), then invoices through Pay vendor.
Not allowed: Parent mileage or driving without an enrolled provider and contract (not described as allowable); reimbursement; out-of-state services.
